There are 4 different ways you can create a support ticket. Use either of these options below in order to create a support ticket. 

1. Click this link below and signup to the Customer Support Portal. 

This will allow you to create and manage your own support tickets.  **This is separate from the Membership portal.** For some reason if it tells you that you already have an account and the reset password link isn't working. Complete Steps 2 or 3. 

2. Send an email to 

This will automatically create a support ticket for you ?

3. Click the new support ticket button below 

This will allow you to submit a ticket after entering your information. 

4. The chat button on the inside of the Membership Portal
